Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical care to provide exceptional patient management and support. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality nursing services in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and clinical conditions continuously.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Proven experience in Medical-Surgical nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to operate medical equipment and adapt to evolving technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• BLS and ACLS certification preferred.
