Job Summary:

Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through comprehensive assessments and clinical interventions. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans based on clinical data.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately following physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor vital signs and detect early signs of patient deterioration to provide timely interventions.
• Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and health management.
• Document patient progress, treatments, and responses accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure effective communication.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with no restrictions.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
