Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a stepdown or IMC/PCU setting. The nurse will monitor patient progress, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor vital signs and detect early signs of patient deterioration.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Document patient care activities clearly and in compliance with hospital policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a stepdown, IMC, or PCU setting.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
