Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive Medical Surgical and Telemetry care for a 20-week or 13-week assignment. This role requires adherence to strict scheduling, certification, and licensure requirements to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient care in accordance with established protocols and clinical standards.
• Recognize ECG rhythms and respond appropriately to clinical situations.
• Complete assessments, document patient progress, and update care plans regularly.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members, including supervisors and managers.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training, including passing required assessments.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing, certification, and hospital-specific policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Ohio or compact license in good standing at the time of submission.
• Possess a minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Have active BLS and ACLS certifications; willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start.
• Provide one recent reference from a manager, supervisor, or director within the past 12 months.
• Demonstrate proficiency through ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• Be nicotine-free, with exceptions for nurses and CSTs, and complete a drug screen within 12 months.
