Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services at a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will support patient rehabilitation and work under the supervision of licensed therapists to enhance patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and therapy protocols.
• Collaborate with therapy team to develop and adjust patient care plans.
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment adhering to facility policies and procedures.
• Follow organizational policies including dress code and productivity standards.
• Attend scheduled meetings and supervision sessions as required.

Qualifications:

• CurrentValid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of New Mexico.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Ability to follow CRG Policies & Procedures and adhere to productivity requirements of 92%.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and team members.
• Reliable attendance with presence required in the building during scheduled hours.
• Capable of maintaining professionalism and compliance with dress code (black scrubs).
