Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Physical Therapist Assistant for a contract position in a skilled nursing facility. The PTA will collaborate with a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered care aimed at enhancing mobility, functionality, and quality of life for residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the licensed Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve residents' mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes.
• Educate residents and their families on therapeutic exercises and home care.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and clinical guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current state licensure or certification as a PTA.
• Proven experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and as part of a team.
