Job Summary:

Assist licensed physical therapists in providing rehabilitative services to patients. Support patient recovery by implementing treatment plans and monitoring progress.

Responsibilities:

• Help develop and execute individualized treatment plans under supervision.
• Support patients during therapy sessions to improve mobility and strength.
• Document patient responses and progress accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment.
• Follow all clinical protocols and safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Previous experience in a similar rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Demonstrate strong patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and protocols.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements.
