Job Summary:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations while promoting residents' well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Monitor residents’ health status and document changes or concerns.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Follow facility protocols regarding infection control and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Ability to accurately assess residents and respond to their needs.
• Excellent communication skills with residents, families, and team members.
• Comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements or hold a valid exemption.
