Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse for a position covering 36 hours per week with every other weekend off. The role involves providing high-quality patient care within a telemetry setting, ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrate experience in telemetry or cardiac monitoring.
• Possess strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
