Job Summary:
The Interventional Radiology Technician is responsible for supporting diagnostic and therapeutic radiologic procedures within a busy healthcare facility. The role involves assisting physicians during procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining imaging equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and position patients for interventional radiology procedures.
• Assist physicians with catheterizations, injections, and other complex interventions.
• Operate and troubleshoot imaging and monitoring equipment during procedures.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and infection control.
• Document procedures accurately in electronic health records.
• Float within scope to support multiple facility locations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT certification and a valid FL state license.
• Possess at least 18 months of experience in Interventional Radiology or related specialty.
• Have current AHA ACLS and BLS certifications.
• RCIS certification preferred.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willing to participate in on-call rotations and floating shifts.
