Job Summary:

Seek a skilled Interventional Radiology (IR) Tech to provide high-quality imaging support within a busy hospital setting. The technician will assist with interventional procedures using advanced imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment such as GE Innova and Philips Biplane systems during interventional procedures.
• Assist radiologists and clinicians by preparing patients and equipment for procedures.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, including infection control and radiation safety standards.
• Document procedures accurately using medical documentation systems like Meditech and MAC Lab.
• Monitor patient status throughout procedures and provide patient care support as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and patient care continuity.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT R.T. (R) certification with a minimum of 2 years of experience in interventional radiology.
• Demonstrate neuro imaging experience and proficiency with complex radiologic procedures.
• Possess ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Able to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments and work independently.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Be flexible with rotating call responsibilities.
