Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients during night shifts. Ensure patient safety, monitor vital signs, and administer treatments effectively within a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and facility protocols.
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms and identify abnormal heart patterns.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Adhere to all facility policies regarding licensure, drug screening, and travel compliance.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Ohio license or active compact state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Possess a minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in medical-surgical or telemetry nursing.
• Demonstrate active certifications in BLS and ACLS.
• Successfully pass ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• Provide a recent manager or supervisor reference within the past 12 months.
• Comply with all background check and drug screening requirements.
