Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry setting. The position involves night shifts with 12-hour hours, requiring recent clinical experience and active licensure.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs and managing medical conditions.
• Recognize and interpret ECG rhythms accurately to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to implement patient care plans.
• Complete required documentation and update medical records thoroughly.
• Pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding holidays, shifts, and travel compliance.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Hold a permanent Ohio license or a valid compact license.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS, with NIH certification obtained prior to start.
• Provide at least one recent reference from a supervisor or manager within the last 12 months.
• Demonstrate familiarity with Epic electronic health record system.
• Be able to pass ECG and safeMedicate assessments with acceptable scores.
