Job Summary:

Seeking a experienced registered nurse for a Medical Surgical/Telemetry position working night shifts. The role involves delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment, adhering to strict compliance and certification standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor ECG rhythms and recognize abnormal patterns accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments following facility protocols.
• Document patient information and care activities precisely in the electronic medical record.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members, patients, and families.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, certification, and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a permanent Ohio license or compact state license at the time of submission.
• Possess at least 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Complete the ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessments with acceptable scores.
• Provide one recent managerial or supervisory reference within the past 12 months.
• Maintain active BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Have NIH clearance prior to start date.
