Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical and telehealth patients in a hospital setting. Ensure patient safety, promote recovery, and administer treatments in compliance with clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to clinical changes promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio license or compact state license required at submission.
• Minimum of 18 months of recent full-time experience in medical-surgical or telehealth nursing.
• Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments.
• Ability to work rotating night and day 12-hour shifts.
• Successful clearance of health screenings including drug and background checks.
