Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients, focusing on the MICU population. Responsible for monitoring critically ill patients and delivering advanced healthcare interventions in a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess critically ill patients to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status continuously.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current state licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience, preferably in MICU.
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively to emergent situations.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
