Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide care in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU). The nurse will deliver high-quality patient care during the evening shift, ensuring optimal outcomes for critically ill patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following medical protocols.
• Monitor patient status continuously and respond to changes promptly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
• Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and health practices.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Minimum of one year experience in ICU or critical care setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work evening shift and every third weekend.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
