Job Summary:
Provide quality critical care nursing services in the ICU setting, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients' condition regularly to detect changes in health status.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by the physician.
• Document patient care accurately and promptly in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans, procedures, and health management.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and perform life-saving procedures when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Proven experience in ICU or critical care nursing preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and every third weekend schedule.
