Job Summary:

Seeking experienced Registered Nurses specialized in Medical Surgical care for 13-week travel assignments. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing services in a fast-paced medical surgical unit during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide bedside patient care and monitor condition changes in medical surgical patients.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and safety standards.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and clinical notes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license and current state licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
• CPR and ACLS certifications required.
• Proven ability to work independently and handle complex patient needs.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
