Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting. The position involves supporting expectant mothers through active labor, delivery, and postpartum care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs using advanced fetal monitoring techniques.
• Administer medications and interventions as prescribed to support labor and delivery.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on labor, postpartum, and newborn care.
• Document clinical findings accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid State RN license required at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Certification in ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work flexible night shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills.
