Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery to provide exceptional maternal care. This role involves delivering comprehensive nursing services to support mothers throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum phases.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patient progress during labor and delivery.
• Administer medications and interventions as prescribed by the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on postpartum care and newborn care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient status and interventions.
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid State Nursing License required at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work flexible night shifts (4x12 hours).
• Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills.
