Job Summary:
Seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to support patient rehabilitation in a community healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will provide quality care, ensure compliance, and contribute to patient recovery goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Prepare and maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas.
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and care routines.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols during therapy sessions.
• Complete required onboarding modules and documentation within specified timeframes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid TX PTA License and be in good standing.
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Demonstrate proficiency in patient assessment and therapeutic techniques.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Comply with all state and facility-specific licensing and travel regulations.
• Be able to workday shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
