Job Summary:
Assist licensed physical therapists in providing comprehensive patient care through therapeutic interventions. Support treatment plans by administering exercises, massages, and gait and balance training under supervision. Document patient progress and communicate findings to the supervising physical therapist.

Responsibilities:

• Support physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, massage, and gait and balance training.
• Monitor and record patients’ progress during treatment sessions.
• Report patient responses and progress to the supervising physical therapist.
• Adhere to safety and clinical protocols during patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient records.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
• Valid Texas or Compact State license required.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and procedures.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under supervision in a clinical setting.
