Job Summary:


Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide patient care within the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit. The role involves managing a diverse patient population in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.



Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
  
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
  
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, ensuring timely response to abnormal findings.
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
  
• Document patient progress and required interventions accurately in electronic health records.
  
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Current valid RN license and State Board of Nursing approval.
  
• BLS and ACLS certification are required.
  
• Experience with cardiac rhythm interpretation and telemetry monitoring.
  
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
  
• Prior experience in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry units preferred.
