Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical and Telemetry units. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate patient care within a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and deliver appropriate nursing interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments consistent with physician orders.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and interpret telemetry data.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least 1 year of experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry units preferred.
• Ability to pass a cardiac rhythm exam.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Experience interpreting telemetry strips is required.
