Job Summary:
Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients in a hospital setting. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper documentation while adhering to clinical standards and hospital policies.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and safety protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs, ECG rhythms, and response to treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and discharge instructions.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

• Must have 18 months of recent, permanent experience in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry nursing.
• Possess a valid Ohio license or a Compact State license.
• Hold current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and medication safeMedicate assessments.
• Previous travel experience is acceptable if recent and relevant.
• Attend and pass orientation assessments with acceptable scores.
