Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal recovery. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor and interpret vital signs and clinical data.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and health management.
• Document patient progress and clinical interventions accurately.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and changes in patient status.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Ohio license or Compact State License in Hand.
• Possess a minimum of 18 months of recent permanent experience in Stepdown or related specialty.
• Certified in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS with active credentials.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments.
• Maintain compliance with travel and facility-specific requirements.
• Two recent references from managers or supervisors in the relevant specialty.
