Job Summary:
Provide specialized respiratory care to pediatric and adult patients in NICU, PICU, and CVICU settings. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-level respiratory support and ensure patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced respiratory treatments and therapies to pediatric and neonatal patients.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust ventilator settings as prescribed.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all procedures, assessments, and patient progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement respiratory care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, certification, and facility-specific protocol requirements.
• Complete required training modules and maintain active certifications.

Qualifications:

• Possess Ohio RRT license and NBRC certification.
• Hold active BLS, Advanced NRP, and PALS certifications.
• Have a minimum of two years of clinical respiratory therapy experience, including PEDS, NICU, PICU, and CVICU.
• Demonstrate experience working with high-level care (Level 4) pediatric patients.
• Be able to work 3x12 or 4x12 shift schedules.
• Successfully complete fingerprinting requirements prior to start.
