Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist proficient in all respiratory modalities to deliver exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will support respiratory treatment plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer a wide range of respiratory therapies, including mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, and airway management.
• Monitor patient conditions closely, adjusting treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory care procedures and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, patient progress, and responses.
• Ensure all equipment is properly calibrated, sanitized, and functioning correctly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active state license as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Possess valid CRT or RRT credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care.
• Demonstrate proficiency in all respiratory modalities and airway management techniques.
• Have at least one year of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
• Exhibit strong assessment skills and the ability to respond swiftly to patient needs.
