Seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist proficient in all RT modalities to provide comprehensive respiratory care. This role involves participating in a rotating on-call schedule, ensuring patient needs are met around the clock.

Responsibilities:

• Administer all respiratory therapy modalities to patients based on physician orders.
• Evaluate patient conditions and adjust therapies accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all procedures and patient responses.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support emergency and urgent respiratory needs.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Respiratory Therapist license or credential.
• Demonstrate proficiency in all RT modalities.
• Possess strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Have prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Ability to work on a rotating on-call schedule, including night shifts.
