Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated LVN / LPN to join a 66-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, providing quality patient care in a dynamic LTC environment. The nurse will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Monitor and manage IV therapies, including starting, hanging, and adjusting titratable drips.
• Assess patient condition, document findings, and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Respond to patient needs promptly and provide compassionate care.
• Follow facility protocols and ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
• Collaborate with charge nurses and nursing aides to coordinate patient care delivery.

Qualifications:

• Valid LVN / LPN license in the state.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in SNF or LTC settings.
• Proficiency in IV therapy, including starting and managing IVs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and patient assessment skills.
• Basic understanding of medical equipment such as CPAP and BIPAP.
