Job Summary:

Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care in LTC/SNF settings, supporting residents’ health needs through evidence-based assessments, safe care delivery, and coordinated interdisciplinary communication. The role emphasizes patient safety, regulatory compliance, and compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess residents’ conditions and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatment.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and clinical orders.
• Implement nursing care plans and document care activities accurately and timely.
• Communicate changes in condition and care needs to the healthcare team to support continuity of care.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and follow facility safety standards.
• Support regulatory readiness through compliant documentation and required clinical reporting.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current RN license in good standing.
• Demonstrate competency in LTC/SNF nursing practices and resident-focused care.
• Possess strong assessment, prioritization, and clinical documentation skills.
• Complete required COVID-19 vaccination requirements or maintain a documented valid religious and/or medical exemption.
• Provide valid state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times.
• Maintain current knowledge of medication administration safety and basic infection control.
