Job Summary:
Provide specialized respiratory therapy services to patients requiring respiratory support and care. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes through effective management of respiratory conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' respiratory status and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Administer respiratory therapies, including ventilator support, oxygen therapy, and nebulizers.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as necessary to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Document patient progress and treatment details accurately in medical records.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory care practices and follow-up procedures.
• Maintain strict adherence to clinical protocols and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Current Respiratory Therapist license in GA or a valid Compact license.
• Minimum of one year of clinical respiratory therapy experience.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong knowledge of respiratory devices, interventions, and patient assessment.
• Ability to complete required compliance modules within specified deadlines.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
