Job Summary:
This Respiratory Therapist position requires a highly skilled professional to provide critical respiratory care across diverse patient populations. The role involves managing ventilators, interpreting ABGs, and troubleshooting respiratory equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor mechanical ventilation, including WEaning and airway management.
• Interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs) and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Operate and troubleshoot respiratory equipment such as CPAP, BiPAP, high flow nasal cannula, and flow-by devices.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient-specific respiratory care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation within electronic medical records and ensure compliance with facility protocols.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least 2 years of clinical experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Hold current BLS, ACLS certifications, and RRT credential or CRT with critical care skills.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ABG interpretation and ventilator management.
• Licensure required in GA or valid Compact license at the time of submission.
• Ability to operate Epic and Pyxis systems efficiently.
