Job Summary:
The Respiratory Therapist will provide specialized respiratory care and support to patients, ensuring optimal respiratory function and patient safety. This role involves evaluating patient conditions and implementing appropriate therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient respiratory status and identify essential treatment plans.
• Administer respiratory therapies and procedures according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients and families about respiratory health and device usage.
• Document patient care activities accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and coordinate patient care.

Qualifications:

• Current state-specific Respiratory Therapist license or certification.
• BLS/ACLS certification required.
• Proven experience in respiratory therapy, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
