Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled CT Tech for a travel assignment at a busy hospital. The role involves operating advanced CT imaging equipment and supporting patient care during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor CT imaging equipment, including 128 and 16-slice scanners and mobile units.
• Perform a variety of advanced imaging procedures such as CTA, ABD PELV, CAP PELV.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and patient care guidelines.
• Collaborate with radiology team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality imaging.
• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting imaging equipment and technology.
• Document procedures accurately within the EMR system following all policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT certification in CT (RT (CT)) and BLS certification.
• Minimum 6 months of current CT Tech experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with GE equipment, Meditech, and Centricity PACS.
• Possess night shift experience, preferably in trauma I or trauma II settings.
• Exhibit strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
