Job Summary:
The Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) will provide therapeutic support to patients under the supervision of licensed occupational therapists. This role involves assisting in implementing treatment plans to promote patient rehabilitation and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with occupational therapists to develop and execute patient treatment plans.
• Assist patients with therapeutic activities and exercises aimed at improving their functional abilities.
• Document patient progress and report findings to supervising therapists.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.
• Follow all clinical protocols and safety guidelines to ensure quality care.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or credential.
• Meet state-specific licensing or certification requirements.
• Possess previous experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings.
• Demonstrate strong communication and patient interaction skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions accurately.
