Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting licensed occupational therapists in providing therapeutic interventions to patients. Supports patient rehabilitation goals through direct clinical care and patient education.

Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of the occupational therapist.
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately and timely.
• Assist patients with therapeutic activities to improve their functional abilities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state licensure or certification as a COTA.
• Proven experience working in a clinical or rehabilitative setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
