Job Summary:
The ICU Registered Nurse provides specialized care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit. They monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions continuously and document changes proactively.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Implement and monitor life support systems and medical equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians, Respiratory Therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and post-discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with hospital protocols.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in ICU or critical care settings.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to respond rapidly and effectively in emergency situations.
