Job Details

Job Summary:

Provide critical nursing care for patients in the intensive care unit requiring advanced life support and complex medical interventions. Deliver comprehensive assessments and interventions to stabilize and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Care for patients admitted to the ICU requiring mechanical ventilation and vasoactive medications.
• Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status continuously to identify changes quickly.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments following strict protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families about ongoing care needs and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Proven experience in ICU or critical care nursing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical ventilation, vasoactive drugs, and life-saving procedures.
• Ability to perform complex assessments and respond swiftly to patient needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
