Job Summary:
Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population at a state-of-the-art facility. Deliver personalized care while adhering to facility standards and productivity goals to support patient recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients through comprehensive assessments within 60 minutes to develop effective treatment plans.
• Implement individualized therapy interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed clinical records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to scheduling protocols, avoiding double bookings and overlapping appointments.
• Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment, complying with all clinical regulations.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid PT license and meet state licensing requirements.
• Possess at least 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in evaluating and treating a mixed patient population.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet productivity goals.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and team collaboration.
