Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive rehabilitative care within a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will assess and treat patients with a focus on functional recovery, utilizing advanced therapeutic techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients admitted to the hospital, focusing on rehab-focused treatment plans.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy programs to improve patient mobility and function.
• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations and treatments, documenting progress accurately in Cerner system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital and unit policies, including safety protocols and documentation standards.
• Assist with outdoor therapy sessions and utilize new equipment in the rehab gym and outdoor spaces.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid OT state license and BLS certification.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in rehabilitation therapy.
• Demonstrate the ability to evaluate and treat hospital patients with a rehab focus.
• Exhibit strong documentation skills and knowledge of Cerner system.
• Able to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Capable of providing treatment with a patient-centered, rehab-oriented mindset.
