Job Summary:

Provide specialized telemetry nursing care to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care while adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions continuously and modify care plans accordingly.
• Monitor cardiac and other vital signs accurately using telemetry equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management.
• Document patient information and care interventions thoroughly and promptly.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid, active RN license in North Carolina.
• Have at least 2 years of recent telemetry nursing experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythms.
• Possess current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
