Job Summary:
Seek an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse with peritoneal dialysis expertise to provide exceptional patient care within a diverse renal medicine unit. This travel assignment offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a supportive team.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive bedside nursing care to renal patients, including those on peritoneal dialysis.
• Monitor patient vital signs, analyze telemetry data, and respond promptly to clinical changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress using Cerner EMR system.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Provide patient education and emotional support to enhance treatment outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold valid RN licensure and appropriate certifications (BLS).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a renal or telemetry setting.
• Experience with peritoneal dialysis procedures is required; CNAs must have relevant certification.
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR system is preferred.
• Demonstrate flexibility, compassion, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
