Job Summary:
Provide exceptional emergency nursing care in a high-acuity environment as a Charge RN. Serve as a key team leader, ensuring efficient and quality patient care during shift hours.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions upon arrival and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions following hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
• Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring adherence to safety and clinical standards.
• Document patient histories, assessments, and care activities accurately.
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations, providing critical interventions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Possess an active RN license with at least 2 years of emergency department experience.
• Hold current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Showcase leadership abilities with prior charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work evening and overnight shifts consistently.
• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
