Job Summary:
Provide specialized emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting. Deliver high-quality, compassionate care while adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize care based on severity of illness.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings accurately.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and discharge instructions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with at least 2 years of emergency department experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in emergency nursing procedures and protocols.
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Possess strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
