Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified CT/X-ray Technician with a valid New York license to perform diagnostic imaging procedures. This role involves working on a 4x10 hour day shift, covering specified weekends, and participating in on-call rotations to support patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CT and X-ray imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images for physicians.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards during procedures.
• Complete accurate and thorough documentation within EPIC electronic health records.
• Float to different departments as needed, maintaining flexibility and coverage.
• Respond promptly to on-call requests for emergent or urgent imaging needs.
• Maintain all required certifications and ensure compliance with hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid New York license in hand prior to start date.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent experience as a CT/X-ray technician.
• Be ARRT(R) certified, with additional IV certification.
• Demonstrate proficiency in EPIC charting systems.
• Be ARRT(CT) certified preferred.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
