Job Summary:
The CONTRACT - EP TECH (747) - 13 WEEKS - 6:30A-5:00P position provides skilled electrophysiology (EP) technology support in a high-volume EP lab. The EP Tech assists with procedures by preparing equipment, scrubbing with the team, and monitoring case readiness to support safe, efficient care.

Responsibilities:

• Scrub and assist during standard implant procedures, EP ablation cases (excluding VT), and Watchman procedures.
• Prepare and maintain Philips EP lab equipment and relevant procedure tools for each case.
• Support real-time monitoring and workflow using the unit’s systems, including Meditech/Claris List-related processes.
• Ensure sterile field integrity and follow safety protocols throughout each procedure.
• Coordinate with techs, RNs, and anesthesia staff to support appropriate patient ratios and lab turnover.
• Document procedure support activities and assist with case readiness and wrap-up.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current TMB license.
• Maintain ARRT certification.
• Possess 2+ years of EP lab experience with hands-on scrubbing duties.
• Demonstrate 2+ years experience scrubbing for EP procedures.
• Maintain proficiency supporting high-volume workflow with a strong sense of urgency.
• Prefer ARRT or RCES credentials and experience with implant and Watchman workflows.
