Job Summary:
The Radiation Therapist is responsible for delivering precise radiation treatments to patients according to established treatment plans. They work independently, ensuring patient safety and comfort while adhering to all regulatory and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer routine and specialized radiation treatments following physician-prescribed protocols.
• Assess patient condition and monitor their response throughout treatment sessions.
• Operate advanced equipment such as Elekta, Mosaiq, and AlignRT with competence.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide support and information.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment procedures and patient records.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety and privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active ARRT certification and valid CA State License.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of clinical radiation therapy experience.
• Possess proficiency with Elekta, Mosaiq, and AlignRT technologies.
• Be flexible with shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
• Successfully complete mandatory onboarding labs within 3-5 days of contract start.
• Provide current certifications (AHA or ARC) with valid expiration dates.
