Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to inpatient rehabilitation patients in a state-of-the-art facility. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment aligned with patient goals and recovery plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer daily treatments including gait training, neuromuscular reeducation, and caregiver instruction.
• Monitor patient progress, document outcomes accurately, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Operate and maintain advanced therapy equipment such as ESTIM units, patient lifts, and vital sign monitors.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, including tracking time and charges for accurate billing.
• Collaborate with team members across disciplines to deliver coordinated patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Physical Therapist license with a minimum of 6 months recent acute care experience.
• Demonstrate knowledge of inpatient rehabilitation procedures and equipment.
• Possess BLS certification; neuro certification or neuro experience preferred.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to evolving treatment schedules.
